Banded Brands and Banded Nation merge into new company, Banded Holdings

Banded Brands, Banded Nation and Maxx Outdoors have consummated agreements with Banded Holdings, Inc. to bring together all entities under one operating company. The new company, Banded Holdings, will be made up of Banded — the distributor of all Banded Brands waterfowl hunting and outdoor gear products, and Banded Nation — the producer of two outdoor hunting television shows, “The Fowl Life with Chad Belding” and “Dead Dog Walkin’ ”.
The combination of Banded companies under one common ownership and capital structure will provide continuity in the strategic direction of the company, access to capital for growth, and continued development of strategic partnerships.
The new company will be located in Arkansas and managed by a seasoned group of business and waterfowl hunting and outdoor industry veterans: Chuck Browning, Chad Belding, Christian Curtis, Eric Larsgaard, Rick Frisch and Clay Belding.
Banded’s outdoor television shows “Benelli’s The Fowl Life with Chad Belding “ and “Chad Belding’s Dead Dog Walkin’” will continue to be televised on The Outdoor Channel, Sportsman’s Channel and WildTV. Sponsors such as Benelli, Savage, Federal Premium Ammunition, Do-All Outdoors, Realtree Brand Camo, MOJO, HI-Viz Sights, Bushnell, and more power the shows.
Banded will continue to be a leader and innovator in the Waterfowl Hunting and Outdoor space, evidenced by Banded’s innovative Redzone Breathable Insulated waders, Breathable Insulated Knee Boots, and other waterfowl hunting and outdoor gear.
